General Information

Commerce Bank is a community bank providing friendly and personal service. We are an equal opportunity employer with 30 full-time employees, a convenient main office and more than $160 million in total assets. Commerce Bank is the only locally owned and managed bank in Corinth, Mississippi, and has more than 50 stockholders. Originally named Commerce National Bank, the institution was organized during the second half of 1998 and opened for business on January 19, 1999. The bank began operations at 301 South Cass Street with 11 full-time employees and has grown and prospered as it provides personal service with a hometown flavor that customers seem to desire. In less than two years, the bank outgrew its original office and moved across the street to 306 South Cass to a much larger building that allowed the bank to provide better service for its customers.  Commerce National Bank became Commerce Bank on April 1, 2014.  In late 2019, Commerce Bank moved to a new main office on Taylor Street in Downtown Corinth in order to better service our customers and provide room for future growth.

We have great products and services delivered by a smart, friendly staff which can be delivered online or in person. Growth is wonderful, but not at the expense of our customers. Commerce Bank is committed to meeting the financial needs of our customers. Our associates are well-trained and eager to assist you with whatever banking needs you have, whether on the phone, in person or over the internet.
